We advise that you make your Will as soon as possible. This way you can ensure that your intentions are carried out and that any special provisions that you wish to make are in fact made. At your initial consultation we will discuss your wishes and advise on the tax implications of bequests. We will take a note of your assets, the details of the beneficiaries and the details of the executor(s) that you want to nominate. At the end of this consultation we will then make an appointment for a second consultation when you will attend to sign the final Will drafted as per your instructions. You can change your Will at any time in the future to take into account changes in personal circumstances and evolving tax regimes.
